What I liked
Working outside everyday, my co workers , and being a part of a community that celebrates being on the river
What I wish was different
I wish that the pay were slightly higher considering the amount of money our company makes on every trip, as well as taking care of the safety of sometimes over 100 people on a single trip.
Advice
Be open to criticism because you're not going to be perfect your first year.
