Q&A
Outdoor Leader
May - August 2018 • Minneapolis, MN
What I liked
Helping people of all abilities canoe/kayak in Minneapolis and Wisconsin was very rewarding.
What I wish was different
The staff house was less than ideal.
Advice
Wilderness inquiry really values servant leadership and a specific attitude in their guides. Be mentally flexible to adapt to many roles quickly.
