Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in the rural, high-desert community of Candy Kitchen, New Mexico.
Dedicated to rescuing displaced, unwanted, and un-releasable captive-bred wolves, wolf-dogs, and other wild canine species, including foxes, coyotes, New Guinea singing dogs, and Australian dingoes, Wild Spirit has welcomed animals from all over the United States to the Sanctuary. Each rescue is provided lifetime care through nutrition, medical support, enrichment, and animal companionship, when applicable.
Since opening in 1991, Wild Spirit has rescued and cared for over 400 animals.
