The other employees. Learning so much. Meeting customers and helping them enjoy their hobby. Employee discount is great, and monthly sales rewards are great.
What I wish was different
Pay is low compared to other local retailers.
Advice
Whatever the job, make sure you’re 100% ‘there’ when you’re there. The customers can tell. And let your personality show. No customer enjoys talking to a robot with no character.
