They were very welcoming and patient with newcomers. Good group to work with.
What I wish was different
I wish they had done a little better job of training me at the beginning. A lot of it was learn on the go and it was kind of like a fire hose.
Advice
You have got be in good shape, eat well, and drink lots of water. Framing crews work hard and they work fast, so don't expect to just stand. If you don't know what you should be doing next: ask. Try to be proactive and plan ahead.
