I really enjoy the unit I work on. The patients are motivated and want to get better. I enjoy seeing them from the time they come out of open heart surgery to the time they are discharged in a healthier state. The other nurses are amazing to work with. They are great role models and eager to teach.

The cardiovascular unit is a great place to start or continue with your nursing career. They guide you from the start and teach you all the valuable knowledge necessary to provide care for open heart surgical patients.
