I like that I have great people to work with and I learn a lot on the job from the sales of seed to chemical to fertilizer. I also experience going out and scouting fields for weeds, insects and diseases.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time spent going out with the agronomists and talking one on one with the farmers

It is a great learning experience and gives you the taste of what your intended job will look like after college.
