Was a great experience and met some great people. Really enjoyed working with the kids and just getting to teach them life lessons and helping them enjoy their summer.
What I wish was different
If the weather had allowed it would've been nice to be able to follow our scheduled events but that would be the only thing that was wrong with camp this summer.
Advice
Be understanding of the kids and be fully in when taking this job.

What I liked
I loved how, through handshake, I have been able to build my resume through this meaningful experience. I have learned so much about my desired profession, a researcher in the STEM field, during my time.
What I wish was different
I wish I had started sooner!
Advice
I would just say, effort is everything. You only get out what you put in, and it is clearly evident in my current research position, as I see that when I go above and beyond, I am usually always rewarded. Whether that be with good data, praise from my boss, or many other things.
