My coworkers were all very friendly and enjoyable to be around, and the working conditions in general were good.
What I wish was different
I was passed around to many different departments each shift, so I would have liked a little more stability.
Advice
Make sure to communicate anything important to the managers as early as possible.

Groundskeeping Worker
April 2019 • Comstock Park, MI
What I liked
I loved being around an athletic setting all summer long, watching my favorite sport.
What I wish was different
On nights where the team had late games, I would be working until the early hours in the morning, which could be draining at times.
Advice
Though you won't speak with many attendees of the games, make sure that you always have a positive attitude and help make their experience the best it can be.

Game Day Promotions Team
April - September 2019 • Comstock Park, MI
What I liked
Great family-friendly atmosphere where every day is a little different. You learn a lot about guest services and the baseball industry.
What I wish was different
The hours aren't great, usually only a couple of games every week or two. Additionally, it means your nights are taken up as you generally work 5-11p.
Advice
You have to really enjoy baseball and working in a team setting to enjoy this job.
