WMCAT is an innovative, forward-thinking organization grounded in the symbiotic relationship between space, technology and best-practice programming to to provide equitable access to opportunity.

Our Teen Arts + Tech Program empowers urban teens to affect social change through applying design thinking, arts and technology to critical thinking, inquiry and practical application in the community.

The WMCAT Adult Career Training Program gives under employed adults a pathway to income security through education and career preparation. Our tuition-free program is life-changing.

Since our founding in 2005, WMCAT has been committed to providing a culture of opportunity for people to build economic and social progress in their lives and community. We are proud to have been inspired by Bill Strickland and the model he created at Manchester Bidwell more than 40 years ago.
