The WMCAT Adult Career Training Program gives under employed adults a pathway to income security through education and career preparation. Our tuition-free program is life-changing.
Since our founding in 2005, WMCAT has been committed to providing a culture of opportunity for people to build economic and social progress in their lives and community. We are proud to have been inspired by Bill Strickland and the model he created at Manchester Bidwell more than 40 years ago.
