I felt very comfortable in the work environment because the staff was understanding and flexible, and I knew the district because I went to school there. It was also very hands on and the training process was short.
What I wish was different
I wish that the job was a little longer because it is only 2 months, but I worked long enough hours to make what I needed.
Advice
I wish I had adjusted my sleeping schedule back to "school hours" a couple days before starting my first shift at 7:30 am after waking up at 12pm religiously for four weeks.
