What I liked

Everyone there was extremely friendly and supportive, and made me feel like I was truly a part of the team! I also loved learning all about West Elm's work with non-profit partners, it really gave me a sense of the good work that West Elm is doing to help the world that goes beyond just making money.

What I wish was different

I wish there had been more communication with the interns between when we received our offers and the week before our start date. I received hardly any communication during that time, which made me worry that I no longer had the job.

Advice

Talk to as many people there as you can, they are all super passionate about their jobs and love to tell others about what they do! Also take advantage of the beautiful office and walk around it a lot, there's gorgeous break-out spots and art around every corner!
