More time to get onboarded and to understand the company and structure.
Advice
Develop the ability to work and figure out ambiguous assignment - West works with startups. A lot of the companies are creating a new industry norm (not much information...).

The work environment was really good and I feel like I learnt a lot and worked closely with my mentor

Perhaps the type of design I would have been doing, but that’s not the employers fault

You get what you put into it, so do your best. Employers notice the amount of effort you put in.
