I like the fast-paced kitchen environment and interaction with guests.
What I wish was different
I wish that wages were less dependent on the weather/attendance. Additionally, I wish management had hired a better-prepared team for the summer. We were constantly understaffed.
The customers/guests at a members-only country club represent a vastly different demographic than the customer at an average restaurant or establishment. They expect a high level of experience and stellar customer service in exchange for their member fees.
