The management there wasn't that great and could improve significantly

Advice

Always try your hardest even if the managers don't believe you. They also can assume you know something but you haven't been taught how to do something yet. Speak up and they will be willing to show you how to do it.

Do not work in fast food if you do not handle stress well, but the minimum wage is decent for unskilled labor.

I wish I didn't have to open. The hours were good but waking up so early every morning was tiring.

Be fast at whatever position you are put on and don't worry if you are slow at first. You'll catch on eventually.

I liked getting paid and I liked the people I met from the job.

What I wish was different

I wish customers were different and I got more assistance as the cashier. Some customers were genuinely sweet, but others were a nightmare. When things got hectic, I often had to juggle getting orders and packing bags and trays by myself when I should’ve had some form of help to make it easier.
