The culture is great and collaborative. I'm treated like I've been in the field for many years.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a little more rotation between job titles.
Advice
Welltower was a phenomenal opportunity for me and I cannot overstate how much I learned this summer. Go in with an open mind and expect to learn a lot.
