I liked the pay. The managers and other workers were easy to get along with. Everyone is extremely polite.

I enjoyed my experience there, I can't think of anything I would change.

One piece of advice I would share about this experience is to utilize their resources. They have so many departments that give financial advice on how to boost credit, starting a retirement plan, and growing your savings. They also have resources available for volunteer opportunities and scholarships.

Flexible schedule, located at fiu, modesto campus (easy for me to go to class after work), colleagues became close friends, great experience

I cannot think of anything because everyone was welcoming and the work helped me learn more on how banks (specifically) Wells Fargo works.

Advice

For the training portion learn as much as you can and go at your speed, don't worry about if someone finishes before you. It's more likely that they just skipped ahead, so go at your pace and grab as much knowledge as you can.

I liked that I got to go to various universities and speak to students about their financial opportunities with Wells Fargo.

I wish that I didn't have to travel as much to different cities. I would have appreciated it if my manager was more organized. I didn't like spending a lot of one on one time with my manager. I didn't have many tasks to do and that became frustrating.

I very much enjoyed the work. I had the opportunity to audit statistical models for validity and compliance to company risk policy.

I didn't have many expectations going into my internship. But I came away with lots of knowledge and industry experience. I learned more this summer than any previous summer in college. I would have liked to spread out my experience throughout the company; I worked with the same team for the entire summer.
