A great company with an excellent mission. They let me take control over my parts of projects, offered a flexible work schedule, and gave me the opportunity to really stretch myself and expand my skillset. My supervisors were very understanding when things in my personal life came up as well.

The team is really kind and open. While it is always important to be respectful toward your supervisor, there isn't as much of a hierarchy (partly because it's so small), so if you're having problems or are hesitant to bring something up, don't be!
