What I liked

The people are the atmosphere were amazing, everyone was always willing to take their time and help me or talk to me. A lot of networking opportunities, I got to create strong relationships with seniors and executives, including the CFO.

What I wish was different

The recruiting process was a little unorganized and rushed, applied for the position over the winter and I did not hear back until late spring, and I had to do my interview during finals week of spring semester and found out that I was hired only two weeks before my start date.

Advice

Take advantage of the networking opportunities and BE A SPONGE, absorb everything that you are being taught and remember that they are paying you to teach you, whereas college you are paying them to teach you.
