What I wish was different
I taught ESY (Extenden School Year) for the SPED department in the school district for 12 years! I loved it. This particular year I was sick a lot and missed several days of instruction. I was not asked back for that reason. Having the next summer off was a very needed break that I really enjoyed. I was able to recharge and renew my excitment for teaching. I can apply to return to ESY every spring if I wish.
Advice
If you have ther opportunity and can do it, DO IT!
