Weber Human Services (WHS) is an advanced, outcome driven public behavioral health organization serving residents of Weber and Morgan Counties. Recognized nationally for the quality delivery of evidence-based care, WHS has led all other publicly funded treatment centers in the State of Utah for a decade in the percentage of clients recovering from behavioral health conditions.
