What I liked

Weave has an incredible culture and an exciting work environment. Everyone is willing to help and work together no matter their department. The Strategy and Analytics team has been great to work with and have given lots of opportunity to valuable projects and input.

What I wish was different

Something that could make the work experience even better would be the opportunity to work on more team projects. The biggest difficulty in this has been scheduling for interns as most interns were here different days (this is changing now).

Advice

Get to know as many people as possible and don't be afraid to ask questions about everything. By understanding some of the larger goals at Weave you'll find projects are not only valuable but are key in making important decisions.

What I liked

Weave recently had a huge growth spike and is continuing to expand. With all the rapid change Weave offers a lot of opportunities to 1) identify improved ways of doing things and 2) play a role in making the improvement happen. I've enjoyed getting a feel for how a younger tech company operates and learning how to use my own initiative to deliver value. The food is pretty great too.

What I wish was different

More opportunities to network throughout the business.

Advice

Come in looking to make an impact. You're given a lot of autonomy and if you're looking for opportunities to make a difference you will find them.

What I liked

Awesome environment, no micromanagement, flexible hours, awesome perks like free food, lots of swag and lots of parties. Since Weave is a fast growing company, I was given lots of responsibility early on and I got to wear lots of different hats. I felt very trusted and respected but I was also given adequate resources to help me succeed. When I came in, I was roughly employee number 350. Now, there are roughly 650 so it has grown much more, meaning my experience was more like a startup than yours might be.

What I wish was different

Nothing major.

Advice

If you are interested in tech/fast-growing start-ups, Weave is an awesome place. Revenue operations/strategy was a great, flexible department that gave me lots of experiences to learn.
