Loved the management and structure of this company. Well grounded with good core values and mission. Had to work hard to fit in and were rewarded for it.
What I wish was different
Wasn't the biggest fan of how only foreman could clock people in and out but understand why it was the way it was.
Advice
Be prepared to work hard and long days in the summer. Summer help from college students is greatly appreciated, but only when you are working hard and making a difference in the crew.

What I liked
Loved the opportunity to work hard outside and with my hands. Awesome to see your finished product and look back driving around town seeing all the buildings you've done.
What I wish was different
They exceeding my expectations and were a phenomenal company to work for. Organized and on schedule always following a plan.
Advice
There is always work to do, ask questions early and be willing to work hard.
