I have worked there for over three years and have been welding on both steel and aluminum, repairing machines, painting, and a lot of other stuff. I am their go to person for aluminum welding because I have a two year associates degree in Welding Fabrication and Robotics and am skilled with welding aluminum and steel.
What I wish was different
A little more on the welding side and machine repairing side.
Advice
There will be times that you have to do tedious and boring tasks but you will get through it, just keep a positive mindset.
