What I liked
Everything! The staff was extremely supportive, and was sure to keep in mind my busy school schedule and assure my workload wasn’t too heavy. The culture at WCA is very self-care focused, which encouraged me to do the best work I could and support their goals as much as possible. The work I did was very rewarding.
What I wish was different
Honestly, nothing at all.
Advice
Do this internship if you are truly passionate about the same goals as WCA/NVW. They are amazing organizations who deserve the best support they can get.
