I enjoy the atmosphere and the overall environment of Warby Parker. My team has been excellent. Also, my role makes me feel indispensable in this field.
What I wish was different
I have nothing to complain about this except for the commute. I live in Fairfield but I work in Greenwich.
Advice
I would say to just go for whatever you want to do. You can literally find any job out there and in this climate, it is the easiest it ever will be. Go in person and apply for positions instead of doing it behind screens.

One of my favorite parts of the internship was getting to meet the other interns - I definitely recommend taking advantage of building a network with those who you intern with!

Everything! The culture is outstanding- everyone is so brilliant, friendly, kind and welcoming! I really like my projects too, they gave me a lot of ownership of my work and freedom to be creative.

I really worked hard to get this position. I reached out to people on Linkedin, met people for coffee, and followed up even when I was turned down. Thoughtful persistence paired with kindness and passion is key!
