I liked the small company culture, they made it seem like they cared about me and my employment experience.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been more structured. I didn't have a focused project to work on the whole summer, I kept doing tasks that my mentor gave me. I wish I had more direction and instruction.
Advice
Make sure to be intentional about getting tasks and learning things.
