I really enjoyed being able to use my business knowledge to make a difference in the community. I helped them find a new system that will save time for staff and allow them to have more digital functions. It was a great learning experience and I was happy to help.
What I wish was different
I wish it could have been fully in person! Due to the pandemic, I was partially remote but was able to go in from time to time.
I would be open minded and willing to help wherever it’s needed. Some days I helped bag lunches for the food program and other days I was on the phone scheduling system demos. Being adaptable is really important!
