I enjoyed the calm atmosphere that allowed me to engage in conversation with members and other pros.
What I wish was different
I wish that the processes were more organized. It was difficult sometimes to please members because of the systems we used. I also wished I could've been trained longer on the things I needed to be able to do.
Advice
Make sure you get to know the members as fast as possible because it will help make things nicer and easier as the time goes on.
