I could work at my own pace and converse with customers. I quickly learned who the regulars are and have formed a friendly relationship with them.
What I wish was different
I work overnights which can be tough on my schedule, especially with mid-day classes and a long drive to school.
Advice
Balancing overnights and a social life takes time and patience, both excellent virtues. It's important to rest as well as possible and to be careful with health.
