I liked that the other engineers were very willing to teach me what I didn't know. I was assigned projects that I was capable of, but that also stretched my skills and forced me to improve them.
What I wish was different
Advice
If at all possible, find a summer internship in your chosen field. I am so glad for the experience I had, because it confirmed that I was on the right career path. I have no doubt now that engineering meshes perfectly with my interests and aptitudes.
