I loved the culture of the company. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The team members all want to help you improve and develop your skills. They are very understanding and they’ll encourage you to challenge yourself.
What I wish was different
I don’t believe that there’s anything I would change if I could, it has been a life changing experience.
Advice
I would advise anyone who works inside the construction or general industry field to get to know the field team members. They are truly experts in their field and are lifesavers in many situations.

What I liked
They environment I felt at Waldinger was amazing. Everyone was happy I was a part of the team. I had the opportunity to work on a lot of projects in the city I grew up in. I felt as though Waldinger was making an impact on my community.
What I wish was different
I wish I asked more questions. They were so friendly, and very approachable to answering my questions. I felt as though I was bothering them, but that is just the way I think.
Advice
Take in as much information as you possibly can, you can learn so much from this job. It truly is a great environment to work at. Shoutout to my PM Collin Fitz, outstanding teacher!
