The skills I had gained in leadership and collaboration, as I was in charge of the youngest age group of children which required a lot of patience and communication.

I wish I had started earlier.

It may feel like an easy task to be a camp counselor but it actually is a very beneficial job that gives you a great understanding in leadership.
