It was a lot of real hands on experience, that I probably wouldn't have gotten at a larger firm. I was able to run with a lot of my ideas, and see actual application of them.
What I wish was different
I wish that it was paid.
Advice
Definitely keep Steve in your network, he is a really helpful individual who wants to see you succeed.
