Vivint.Solar has been an awesome experience. I work on a close-knit team that supports on another. My Supervisor gives me autonomy to do my job and provides training to ensure that I am successful. This job has been a great way to start my career and hope to continue to grow with them.

It's a lot like being a drone. Everything is either phone calls or data entry

If you want to work at vivint, don't keep the same job and expect to get a raise. Moving up requires moving sideways

What I liked
It's a great job. At first there’s a learning curve and definitely obstacles like any job has. But if you dedicate your time and give full effort, this job is very rewarding. Leadership is very understanding, and the opportunity to possibly grow is possible. Many benefits and free lunch.

Be able to learn a little bit more of all the areas in the company. It IS HUGE.
