Sales Associate
April 2019 • Manteca, CA
What I liked
I loved going door to door to talk business. Personal and social interaction opportunities were presented every day, which gave me the chance to step out of my bubble and right into the front line of work.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more training and more of a dedication to the work over the social opportunity I had to work with my close friends.
Advice
Work ethic is everything. If one could learn to hit the road running and obstacles head on then success would come with ease.

The freedom and I wasn’t treated as a first year but rather as an equal in the workplace.
What I wish was different
The consistency of the position in terms of hours, success, and stability.
Advice
You have to be willing to work hard, over 55 hours/week. It’s a very tough job but you learn things you’ll never learn in a classroom.
