Advice
Take as much as you can away from the Co-op and ask a lot of questions! All of the employees are happy to answer anything you might not know.

Project Management Intern
May - August 2018 • Olmsted Falls, OH
What I liked
The company culture and values aligned with my personal values very well. They emphasize health and personal fitness as well as customer care and quality products. They offered numerous lunch and learn opportunities for their employees and also had a fitness center with free fitness classes every lunch and evening for employees.
What I wish was different
I wish I were not within the IT department. I was excited by the prospect of project management, however I understood very little about what they were talking about in meetings and with projects. I also found myself with little to no work to do many days of my experience.
Advice
Communication and interpersonal skills are essential in every job. Hone these skills and you will be better at every job you have.
