I really enjoyed my summer internship experience! everyone at Vista is highly approachable and takes the time to invest in your personal and professional development. The work that you'll get to do is very impactful and provide tangible impact to the team and the firm.

What I liked
I was placed on real deal teams and got to do real, applicable work on live deals. I had a lot of responsibility and autonomy as long as I got my work done.
What I wish was different
Training wasn’t quite what it could have been. The internship program is new, however, so I have faith that it will be continually improved.
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask questions - whether it’s about going out for coffee, clarifying what you should be doing, or asking for more responsibility.
