What I liked

Vista Capital Partners has an amazing company culture! Everyone there truly wants to be at this firm and is welcoming to new members! I was greeted with a warm welcome and was quickly drawn into this community. Throughout the internship, there were company events, wellness challenges and many lunches with coworkers which allowed me to become familiar with everyone. They definitely set the bars high for company culture.

What I wish was different

I wish this internship could have been a little longer as 8 weeks blew by really fast. Towards the end of the internship, I felt like I had just settled down and was getting a lot of work done just for it to end in the next few days. Be sure to make the most out of everyday there at Vista as so much knowledge can be gained from everyone there!

Advice

Do not be afraid to reach out to people to share thoughts and ideas with them! There are a lot of people who are further in life than we are and have so much more experience. Such knowledge can really help us in learning and improving what we know! Especially at Vista Capital Partners, everyone there has so much they want to share and talk about as they are truly passionate about their work and helping those around them!
