I loved the environment at Vince - it was really exciting to work for a company that is so successful but also has so much in store for the future. The interns were given a lot of responsibility, and we were able to share our own thoughts & ideas for the company with the steering committee.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more exposure to other departments.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask questions and offer help if you aren't doing anything. Sometimes there are days during your internship where you will have a lot of down time. Offer your time to any employee, even if he or she is in another department. This way you will keep busy and gain the most exposure/knowledge possible
