This is a great place to work! I love that my position gets to focus on the customer and inspire her to buy. I get to build connections and lasting friendships with customers. I did not get an hourly wage, I earned commission which averaged out to be over $20 per hour.
What I wish was different
I love everything about this job, that's why I am staying here as long as I can!
Advice
Always focus on the customer and don't forget to to tell her your name.

What I liked
I loved how the company made me feel like I was part of a family. They rewarded me for when I would do something good and encouraged me to keep pushing to become better by teaching me new skills.
What I wish was different
I wish I got more experience in the beginning on the floor to learn how to talk to customers and also what to do in certain situations.
Advice
Never let anyone put you down. If someone does not like the way you do something or something doesn't go as planned, you have to put it behind you and keep pushing forward.

Get used to the craziness of several hundred people coming in to a big retailer over an hour.
