I loved the company culture at Viaflex when I worked there. I meshed very well with my team. Not only was I able to grow professionally, but also meet a diverse group of engineers. I also enjoyed the internship program as it gave me several opportunities to meet with business leaders and the executive board of the company.
What I wish was different
I only wish I had more one-on-one time with my manager.
Advice
I would recommend anyone to have an open mind and give this company a shot. They are new but have a strong base in terms of manufacturing and leadership.
