“It was a really great opportunity to have and taught me a lot about the field. I liked that I was able to learn more about what it meant to work as a resource manager for a 2-1-1 and that there was room for me to grow outside of just resource management in other things such as the Teen Crisis Line. I also liked how there was an open environment where it was pretty casual despite being in an office. It was easy to feel almost at home there. ”
