Application Developer Intern

What I liked

OST has a tremendous culture, and I was able to get into an array of different projects, which allowed me to truly find what I love working with.

What I wish was different

I wish we would have had a bit more intern programming (happy hour, baseball games, etc), but they're totally working on making that a thing. They respect everyone's voice there, so ideas are taken very seriously.

Be ready to be entrepreneurial. If you're shy and afraid to ask for more work, you might not have success in this environment. It's okay to be quiet, but OST requires people to be innovative in finding working and creating solutions for their clients. By finding work, that merely means asking around within different teams to see if you can help out with something, which can certainly turn into a longer-term project.
