I loved the inclusive environment and the ability to meet so many new people. All the crew members are very hardworking and are dedicated to creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our racers. Being able to travel to many different mountains was very fun and allowed me to create many fun memories. I loved being able to work with all our different sponsors and teach people about what they have to offer.
What I wish was different
Advice
Don't be afraid to come out of your comfort zone! Talk with and make as many connections with as many children, families, coworkers, mountain operations personnel, as you can.

If you’re looking for a fun winter job, then look no further. Come to VC with a open mind to learn and you will build the best customer service skills and will bond with crew mates

What I liked
It is a very close net of people that act like a family. Only working on weekends is great for students, so you can work and still not miss any school.

Nothing!
Advice
Be prepared for early mornings and exhausted evenings. Despite that, it's always fun to be around fellow coworkers.
