What I wish was different
I wish i could have started the season with as many hours a week as I finished with. During the season I worked my way up to getting more hours as a became a reliable employee and an asset to the team.
Advice
Working for a sports team is a one of a kind experiance. From my personal experiance, you get you what you put in. If you are willing to work hard and do tjat tasks no one wants to do, you will be noticed and good things will come your way.
