I loved that they allowed us to still have an internship despite the pandemic. Also, my team was very flexible and easy to work with throughout the summer. I was able to contribute to some important tasks that have gone live since the internship ended.
What I wish was different
I wish it was in person as I did not have as much interaction with the interns and other employees as I would have liked. Also, I wish we had more time to present our capstone presentations as I felt we were given a small amount of time to cover many topics.
Advice
The key to being successful is staying motivated and hungry to do better. You can only get the results you want by putting the work in. If you do this, people will notice and it will only help you in the long run when you need or want something.
