How structured the internship was, everything had a nice flow and the business project I was on was a new and challenging experience. Presenting to the CFO was by far the best experience, presenting to the top executives in finance was amazing,

Having a great experience, I wish it was longer because I had a great time.

It took a long time to get hired, about 3 months. Had to do a couple tests, and 3 interviews but it was worth it. Dont give up

Everyone I interacted with was very welcoming and made the experience meaningful even though the internship was remote. It is obvious that Verizon really cares about their employees. I loved the professional development events hosted by the intern program.

Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. I was tasked to learn a whole new software and present progress and results by the end.

What I wish was different

Fewer all-intern programs. There was too much in attempt to compensate for the virtual internship, but it ended up taking away from my actual work time. Also, the Intern Group Project was difficult to coordinate because we didn't really know each other and took some time to figure out how to work together
