The company has incredible values that resonate through all of the employees that work there. I felt like I was invited to join Verde's family right from the start. The position allows for a lot of independence, which is very empowering, but also requires you to accept a lot of responsibility to succeed. This internship exceeded all of my expectations of what a great internship experience could be.
What I wish was different
The only thing I would ask is for the internship to last longer. I was only there for 8 weeks. I gave this as direct feedback and the program has since been extended to a 3-month timeline.
Advice
I would suggest to enter the program with unlimited curiosity and ambition. The more that you give to the experience, the more you will get out of it.

What I liked
The independence was very attractive and the culture was very welcoming. The entire office wanted to teach us and help us get to where we want to be, with them or elsewhere.
What I wish was different
The length wasn’t my favorite. It was short which only allowed for a limited amount of larger projects.
Advice
Attend everything. Verde is a very good group of people with only your best interests in mind. Let them help you excel.
