Working on a small team (just 2 of us) made my work feel really valued. I had a lot of creative liberty and got to help make important decisions about the future of the company.

Working at an early stage startup may feel like a risk, but I gained so much valuable experience and mentorship from this internship. Don't be afraid to take an internship that doesn't have a big name attached to it.
